This is the second of three images that i shot all on one day in one of my A Level Shoots and it really helped to show me that with freedom in the mind, and a small bit of planning, one subject and one location could equal a lot of possible narratives!
Powder paint will always be a go to prop for me. The colours really help to bring an emotion or a feeling that i want to bring to life to fruition. Such little amount produce strong and dramatic effects and its something that i always try to see how it could be brought into an image. I currently thinking of ways i could bring it into my work as i progress into a new chapter this summer. I can't wait to experiment and see what happens!!

On 8-10 February, UNICEF together with NGO Zazerkallia organized the Festival in Sviatohirsk to recognize the winners of the small grants program funded by the European Union. 28 teams of youngsters from Donetsk and Luhansk region to receive grants to improve lives in their communities affected by the conflict in eastern Ukraine

It’s been 0 days since my last emotional breakdown. I got really down at midnight, just overwhelmed, felt so lonely. Sometimes I feel so disconnected, so alone and I get into a really bad funk. I sobbed for such a long time laying in bed, feeling pain. Somehow I managed to do laundry which I don’t remember doing. Tomorrow is my birthday. I don’t want it to come cause I’m not sure I even want to try celebrating me anymore. I know I should not talk like that. But even though I know I’m improving I still feel like it’s a one step forward, two steps back kinda thing.

From April 9, 2020: I’ve had a shit week. Today, I drank two Coke’s and two ginger ales, a hot chocolate and two chocolate chip cookies and a snickerdoodle cookie. That’s not to mention a sugary cereal I found in the cupboard, oh and an ice cream bar and some frozen Halloween candy. When I get down, I go for the junk.
It’s been 10 days since my last emotional breakdown. I’m not sure my binge eating counts as a breakdown. I don’t even like the word breakdown. And this #photo is a part of my subverted selfie project of 2020, photo 100/366.
