i really liked the way this candid turned out. i don't tend to put alot of candids on here. i was thinking i'd start to do that more n_n
i took the SAT. my brain feels numb. is it weird that i'm looking forward to doing my regular school subjects this week? cuz i really am.
something else that's on my mind: lately, i've been really lonely, because i feel like everyone is moving on and i'm being left behind. i know technically i'm the one that left but that doesn't make it any easier on me. however, all of these feelings really make me appreciate my family. they've been there from the beginning and they're going to see me to the end. i really really really love them.
if you have issues with your family, just remember the prodigal son. it's easier said than done, but still worth a try. don't give up!

After 20 minutes of following the bird along the beach whilst it ate breakfast, I'd have been most pissed off if I hadn't got this shot. Thankfully, I was ready.

Walking through Little Wittenham Wood with Damain Ward we came across a wonderful collection of trees on the edge of a clearing where there had been some forestry work. It is a managed wood, so there are always piles of logs kicking around. The trouble was the head high deer fence that run round them. So lifting the tripod up and thankfull for my new wireless shutter release I grabbed some frames and this is the result of two of them stitched together. I liked the way the main tree seemed to be moving into the clearing to see what had been done, with a hint of sadness.
A couple of bicycle riders moving in opposite direction are caught on camera against the concrete fence wall of a Baptist chapel which has a prominently displayed cross - the principal symbol of Christian religion.
Taken in early morning along the national road at a village in Subic, Zambales, Philippines.
The city wall was a little busier than usual as it was Chinese new year. People of all ages (and means of transport) were heading across the wall as the sun was coming down to set.

Well it's finally mine !!!
One of the hottest days of the summer & we're bustin' butt moving the neighbours shed. It took 5 hours. It is in its final resting place now, but the work isn't over yet. It still has to be raised to put in a base & plywood flooring. It needs to be tied in to my existing shed with a pass way cut in. It needs windows & doors & electrical & it will never be suitable for our winters...a 3 season chicken coop with no chickens =D ....a perfect photo studio
As the day winds down the people keep moving right along. The sunset looking from downtown Kansas City, Missouri to the West into the great state of Kansas.

Cattle Egrets characteristically follows moving cattle, native large mammals, birds, or tractors capturing food disturbed by their movement.
"..Cattle Egrets prefer animals that move forward at the most appropriate speed for their own Walking foraging. When following farm, mowing, or land moving equipment, it uses Leap Frog Feeding, in which birds land at the tractor, remain in place foraging, and then fly to the moving head of the flock again. It also uses this behavior without farm equipment, the flock serving as its own beater (Newton 1986)..."

This photo was taken in June, which coincides with the breeding season of the egrets in north India, which is why most of the birds are in breeding plumage.
