This male Mallard duck decided to display for me on the temporary pond on the Yeldall Manor estate, near Hare Hatch, Berkshire, UK.
Anther photo taken at the same event as the previous photo. I used the technique of motion blur to add a sense of speed to the photo. This photo was also edited using photoshop elements 4.0 with Neat Image used to decrease the high noise with using an ISO of 640
Camera: Canon EOS 30D
Exposure: 1/40 sec

A photogenic shelf cloud, lightning, turbulent cloud motion, and the remnants of a sunset in the horizon. One of my favourite shots of 2018 storm chasing thus far. May 27th, 2018 near Wakeeney, Kansas.

Haida Filter ~ Test 1.
12 stops of ND Haida filter at Tessellated pavement. No discernible colour caste at all. Extremely impressed.
Nikon D810, Nikkor 14-24mm @ 14mm, 70s, f/11, ISO 64, Haida NanPro 3.0 ND plus Haida NanPro 0.6 ND
This fawn had been calmly hanging out in the woods for probably 20 minutes as we walked back and forth, but when I got back with my camera it decided to bolt. This was the only shot I got... I thought it was kind of interesting, even if it's completely blurry (even down to motion blur on the fawn's spots!).
“Life moves on, whether we act as cowards or heroes. Life has no other discipline to impose, if we would but realize it, than to accept life unquestioningly. Everything we shut our eyes to, everything we run away from, everything we deny, denigrate or despise, serves to defeat us in the end. What seems nasty, painful, evil, can become a source of beauty, joy, and strength, if faced with an open mind. Every moment is a golden one for him who has the vision to recognize it as such” ― Henry Miller
Picture taken on the Princes Bridge looking towards Flinders Street Station. It captures the motion of the daily hustle and bustle of Melbourne's people and trams.
Taken with 3DPSlots, Serk filter holder and Hitech 3 stops reverse ND filter.

I came across this fence while trying to make some room on my hard drive. It must be the first fence photo I ever took. It was a grey Vancouver day and the light was really flat and uninteresting. I'd just bought my first camera and was figuring out the shutter priority setting. I never would have imagined then that I'd end up taking hundreds of pictures of fences.
HFF!
