This baby pattern has been modified from the original in AwareKnits. The pattern on the bodice is a leaf pattern and velcro dots were sewn onto straps instead of buttons. I am currently working on another one that is like the pattern in the book.
This is a great baby item - fun to make- and a wonderful gift.
Slightly modified Xiao Fan, Zen w/ her Frog, Muppet. I gave her freckles to match her pretty red hair :)
To replace one of the doors removed I used a Cannon and Company Door. I did not want to cut a hole in to the shell to get it to sit flush so I just sanded the back down till it look good sitting on the shell.

Used another spectre performance flange for wheel well side of hole. Use the piece of metal from drilling the 4" hole in inner fender as a guide to grind plastic to exact fit of ridge on mid-line of hole. Place the metal piece inside the flange, keep it firm and simply grind away the plastic where the channel is.
