"The Threatened Formula" Episode Thirteen: At eleven o'clock, Michael (Tom's brother), who cannot sleep, goes down to the kitchen for a snack. Passing the lounge where his chemistry set is laid out, he sees the silhouette of an intruder leaving, and going into the room, he notices that the man has spilt the nicotine he has been distilling from a packet of one of his father's cigarettes and that his notebook is missing.
He goes up to tell his father about this but Mr Carey is not in his room so he tells his mother and goes back to bed. However a little later he gets up and looks out one of the windows. Dan and Clive and Wilfred are fighting a man on the front lawn.

A scale model of 1st Avenue in Whitehorse, as it would have looked in the 1930's. This is part of a much bigger model on display at the Yukon Transportation Museum in Whitehorse, Yukon.
If you happen to be driving the Alaska Highwau and passing through Whitehorse, I would recommend this musuem for its excellent artifacts, displays, and collected histories. It is my favourite Yukon Museum.
