Cararama Renault Trafic 1/72nd scale minibus converted to police cage van. Model was converted to UK right hand drive. Photo shows the model next to the 2nd model waiting to be converted.

This 1/50th scale model of one of the original 9m Dart/Pointers new to City Line was made from a Teamsters diecast & plastic toy costing £2.65 13 years ago. It was in an approximation of City Line livery except for the entire back piece from the blue line was red. It carried "City Direct" decals and on cove panels an impression of the Evening Post adverts carried by City Line Lynxes. Front destination panel protruded above roof line. Also carried roof air conditioning pod like Stagecoach Devon ex-Hong-Kong Darts. I levelled roof line, removed decals, repainted and applied fresh decals. I think effect is quite good.
