Motorcycle inspired by the many mini "Special" type motorcycles I saw converted from Scooters in the 60s
I made a visit with my sister and a cousin on the afternoon of December 31, 2012 to the Ypsilanti Auto Heritage Collection, informally known as "The Last Hudson dealership". The museum owner's father sold Hudsons here until the marque ceased production.

Day 295 - Sweet Model
As promised, today we were in Hamburg for the next photo shooting :) With Oliver, Annika and the pretty blonde model Anju I was in a large park called "Planten un Blomen". There we have taken amazing photos... And because the fall is so beautiful, tomorrow we drive to the next shooting :)

First page of "How to Print: A Descriptive Catalogue of the Celebrated Model Printing Press." The cover is loose and I removed it for the scan; it was published by J.W. Daughaday, Philadelphia. The back cover shows a medal awarded at the Sydney International Exhibition, 1879, so this catalogue probably dates to that year.

Model Shailo Moore
Olympus E500
More amazing photos of Shailo Moore once again who was a thrill to meet.
To those of you who are unaware Shailo Moore is an actor and also actively does modeling.
Just finished helping grandson Sean to assemble his Christmas present. Do NOT believe the note on the box saylng Age range 10+. I am a retired aircraft Engineer with 50 yrs experience and a lot of model making experience too. This thing made me think quite carefully at times and took about 2 hrs to complete. Very satisfying though and a very nice educational model.
Large scale model of the feeder container ship TREIN MAERSK which I completed last year after months of work.
I Went on a Portrait Workshop the other evening to learn a bit more about shooting portraits in a studio environment. This shot was of Leonore (model). I purposefully set the aperture to 2.8 to see what the result would be. I managed to do little post processing to highlight the more visible parts of the face.
