Norma is the latest dredger to work this basin of the Manchester Ship Canal, after Sospan-Dau and Deo-Gloria. Norma is registered in Southampton.
I think that the cables dangling over the bows are carrying some kind of rake that levels the canal bed,
The basin is being dredged to increase the depth and to allow bigger ships to pass through the Mode Wheel Locks.

I Depeche Mode tornano al Mediolanum Forum di Milano con il Global Spirit Tour il 27 gennaio 2018.
La prima parte del Global Spirit Tour ha visto Dave Gahan, Martin Gore e Andy Fletcher esibirsi per oltre un milione e mezzo di fan in 32 città di 21 paesi europei.
Il Global Spirit Tour è il diciottesimo tour della band, e il primo dopo più di tre anni. L’ultimo tour della band, il Delta Machine Tour, ha entusiasmato oltre due milioni e mezzo di fan in una serie di concerti sold-out in tutta Europa e Nord America, ed è stato uno dei tour più ampi e proficui del 2013. Per il Global Spirit Tour la band continua la collaborazione con la casa di orologi svizzeri Hublot, per sensibilizzare e raccogliere fondi a favore di Charity: Water, organizzazione non profit che fornisce acqua pulita alle persone di tutto il mondo.
