After mobile learning workshop at STIKOM Surabaya

SANAKO participated in the Simulation of Future Learning Lessons in co-operation with teachers and students from four different countries in the Forum for the Future project.

Those high school students listened carefully the tour guide explaining the history of this cultural heritage.

Meanwhile, some students take some pictures and write a note. I observed some of them took the pictures using digital camera. It was interesting to learn that they do not use their mobile phones for taking the pictures.

Mobile Quest is a free, week-long summer camp underwritten by the New Learning Institute and developed by Institute of Play for game-based learning school Chicago Quest. With a focus on systems thinking, game design and mobile technologies, Mobile Quest gives incoming sixth grade students the opportunity to collaborate with experts to turn great ideas into great games. Using full-featured smart phones and the city as their game space, participants learn the fundamentals of game design and geo-locative technologies through play, analysis, design and collaboration.
