thumbnail sketch to finished piece
The thumbnail sketch is really rough, but you can see the main idea is still there. The location of the sitting character was changed slightly so he's in the tree, and lots of detail and more developed foliage was added, as well as more detail on the creature.
I also modified the legs on this one, per suggestions from the good folks over at the Mobile Frame Hangar. They look a little stumpier to me; I may change the legs entirely. Might try some XVM legs, courtesy of XGundam05...
Terex AC 1000 in 1/50 scale by Conrad, shown here with its 9-section 100m boom fully extended and Sideways Superlift (SSL) boom guying system deployed.
Based on some 4p stuff I've seen on the Mobile Frame Hangar lately. Shout outs to mraichelson and eduty for this one.

Barry on a good day
I like my phone images to be different. something of a surprise when I open the phone and I object to images that are selling something. There is an album here with 450 or so examples. www.flickr.com/photos/jacobs_ian/albums/72157711897629218
Zebra mussels invade the Canadian Great Lakes and kling to anything that seems somewhat solid. This stone washed up on the shores of Prince Edward Point, Canada with some travellers.
