The security guards and construction workers in a residential area like Banasree need frequent quick refreshments. As they aren't allowed to leave their work post, It's the refreshment sellers who walks on the streets and sells tea, cigarettes and biscuits to them.
A large number of Tea Masters like this man roams around the streets of Banasree from Dawn till dusk.
Male scale insect (2.5 mm) impregnating a young female (under the LH wing) on a guava leaf. The females are sedentary and covered always with white extrusions. The eggs are laid under the mature female that can be a cm or so in length.

Process:
Taken with Gorillacam. When I perform a self-timer shot with Gorillacam, I use a little larger laundry pinch to set the iPhone on the ground. (I sandwich iPhone between two laundry pinches… looks nice.)
Leave the yellow and blue with Coloursplash.
Apply the Fashion filter at 70% in Camera+.
Lighting, Rainbow and Sharpen effect are added in Photo fx.
Contrast adjusted with the tone curve in Photoforge2.

Here's a version of 7249 Mobile Crane shrunk to Micropolis scale. It's kinda big for a Micropolis vehicle, but it's the smallest way I can think of to include the support legs. At four studs wide, it would fill a Micropolis street.
If you like cranes you should really look at Steebles' wonderful Micropolis construction site.

My bird mobile, inspired by the bird mobile on Spool Sewing.
I added a few wired handmade leaves to the ends of the branches to warm it up a little...not that all the colored birds aren't warm enough, but you know! Made it for a gift for a girl at work who is due to give birth in the next week. I don't have time to take a daytime pic before giving the birdies away to their new home....so this will have to do. Oh well for that.
So cute though! I love this little mobile.

Following quickly on from my implementation of Flickr Commons images on Google Earth, this image is a screen capture from the Flickr Commons layer on the augmented reality mobile phone app Layar. With this you can now browse all 17,000+ geotagged Flickr Commons images wherever you are in the world take a look at all the old images from locations around you.

It is the second day of public services on the 35-mile line, effectively a revived northern third of the Waverley Route, so controversially abandoned in 1969. The set forms ScotRail's 16.58 Tweedbank-Edinburgh Waverley working. @17.18
