My youngest son took this photo with my camera which I had left at 1600 iso and also had at 1/60 shutterspeed. The image appeared almost white. I goofed around in PS and came up with this. I really like the expressions on everyone.
Visiting the Tree of Knowledge could not save me from this very obvious traveller's mistake, however. Crocodile schnitzel. Don't do it. It cost me the next day's touring due to the tummy virus from hell. I'll spare you the details.
05.04.10 - i took a break from editing and made threw this together. lyrics from am taxi's "the mistake"
So last weekend, I went to a LARP. This is a very large LARP, so all accommodation is camping in, essentially, farmers' fields. When we put our tent up, we noticed that there was a deep tractor rut just under the inside of the front door, which we jokingly called 'the moat.'
And then it rained.
(I also took photos at the event itself, but those are in a separate album here without titles or commentary, since I've linked that to the LARP community for them to look for any photos of themselves.)
The Honest Mistakes at WTMD’s 4th Annual Baltimore Band Block Party 2015 in Towson. Photo by Kathleen Hill.
Pretty sure that this was an error of some kind. Just checked into MTV
and got an off the wagon badge. Unless, it was due to the fact that
this was my 40th check in to a venue.
I was shooting blind on the shot and really the focus is on the grass (the mistake!) but I still liked the outcome.
El error se evita pensando antes de cometerlo, pero cuando ya está hecho lo único que queda es aceptarlo. Posiblemente los peores errores son los que nunca cometemos.
I came up with a word that sums up my experience in this course using skills that I learnt.
I chose the word mistake because I've made many of them throughout this course. I've learned from my mistakes and without them, I wouldn't be where I am today.
I was taking photos out of the GO train window, I thought it would be cool to capture the trees as we sped by. I think in this shot, I got a reflection off of the window of the blue seats in front of me, and the greenery outside.
It's got a kind of Star Wars/Star Trek, warp speed thing going on though, which I thought was cool, so it becomes #12
I'm pretty sure the graphic designer was a little sleepy when this was put together. 128 bit colour?
My kids are strictly 24 bit colour without any alpha channels. ;)
