This was what I like to call a 'happy mistake' that happened during the creation of another piece of work that I thought looked pretty cool!

I was practicing on my proportional drawing techniques outside of Starbucks. While sketching the cylinder my objective was to convey the main shape of my "Signature Chocolate" cold drink into the sketchbook. After drawing It, took my Starbucks cup & the water was dripping on the book because the ice had melted. Therefore, from there I started rubbing my fingers smoothly on the paper, & voila, my mistake had turned into a beautiful thing.
I shot this, and many more, photos this afternoon (and evening, and night) only to get back to start processing and noticed I made a very basic, rookie mistake with all of them. Can you identify it?

I think a piece of tape got stuck somewhere along the way, because 6 of my pics came out with this upside down Indiana-esque shape on them. Shot with my funky green Anscoflex in Port Washington, WI. Film is my crunchy Ilford Pan F Safety film we found at an antique shop in Indiana. Have no clue how old it is, but it left ghost images of dots from the backing paper on the film.
I should have done better. :-(
