Some of my nan's miniatures. She had collected around 300 before she died a couple of weeks ago.

Upstairs Quilts room. 1/48th scale Craft & Quilts shop called ' Feed the Birds'. I made this from a kit purchased from 'In Some Small Way' and a lot of the furnishings and items were also bought from there, either pre-made or as kits.

Miniature train space seen from the other side, at the Transportation Museum.

 

The Transportation Museum will close on May 14, 2006 and reopen in Saitama city on October 14, 2007.

For Miniature Railways you should have Miniature Engineers

Shot a few miniatures for a friend. Except for the bronze statue, I'm not too happy with them as I should have taken detail shots of the building scene with the macro lens instead of crops. Oh well. Some other time.

We had a visit to the Morris Museum this weekend, where they had a special Lego exhibit on. The creations were astonishing! We were also thrilled by the dollhouse exhibit and delighted by the miniature scenes.
