An Art Deco room from the 1920s (I did not get the name of the club member who built it, sorry)
Today was the 25th annual miniatures show held by the West LA miniatures club known as "Miniatures West." I usually go; there are pictures in my stream from previous years. None of the displays here were made by me; they were the presentations made my Miniatures West members and their friends.
1st attempt at the tilt & shift photoshop effect. This is a real photograph that is intended to look like a miniature.

One of my birthday gifts was this beautiful miniature rose bouquet from a co-worker. What a delightful surprise! What a wonderful photo opportunity!
The miniature group I belong to has a yearly holiday party where we swap gifts. For my gift , I made tiny bottles of Crabtree & Evelyn bath products.
Been working on this Citadel miniature set since late December 08.
It will eventually form the main piece of a diorama base I have been working on previewed else where. My work on this should finish around end of Feb where I will definitely show on this Flickr account. Until then...

Miniature Vespa made of wire. It is thorough and detailed craftwork created by an experienced portuguese craftsman.
October 2007 - I bought a handful of plastic miniatures from a discount bin at a children's toy store.
A miniature railway tunnel, complete with track cuts through the bank. The tunnel is 32 yards long, and is a single bore.
