A mini book I made for a couple challenges... one being to do a mini book on the subject of "simple things"
The other, from "The Art is Found" blog - to use envelopes!
I've started it out with 6 pages, but I'm going to try to keep adding more over the year - I'm really trying to focus on being grateful for the things I have and remembering them.

Car: Austin Mini.
Years of manufacture: 1959 to 2000.
Date taken: 20th September 2015.
Location: Queen Square, Bristol, UK.
Nedcar is the largest car manufactering facility in the Netherlands. It is located in Born, in the south of the Netherlands. In the past it has seen production of Mitsubishi, Volvo and DAF but now it's producing the new Mini.
Test Day at Brands Hatch Feb 2nd.
Entered to the Club DPI competition 14Feb awarded 17 points.
Entered into the Annual PDI Competition and again was awarded 17/20.
I got the stroppy mouth quite well (apparently!)
This girl was re-done from Saffi - her scalp was originally "Mort's" - (who I have loved for ages) - it just happened to look similar to my hair and I have always wanted to try a mini me - we have managed to find matching outfits (how tragic!!!) especially for LeJourB - so look out for this duo!!!
In Switzerland, rail still has an important share in the modal mix. Government takes adequate measures to get traffic off the trucks and onto trains. As a consequence, they have
managed to preserve the peaece in the beautiful Alps. And that's one of the reasons why I love this part of Europe so much.
To get all this traffic on rails, it is still possible to lad freight onto trains at the stations. Like here in Surava, where we were at the right time at the right place to
witness a mini Tm2/2 shunter collect some loaded cars. A nice break, and some unexpected freight action, in the search for a spot to photograph the next passenger train.

The LEGO Gymnasts get to play mini-golf after their morning training session. They're happy to get out of the gym for awhile and enjoy the beautiful spring scenery :-) It's already starting to get hot and humid here, so it's good that they got out to enjoy the nicer weather.
I started with the LEGO Friends Mini Golf Polybag (30203) and added the trees, flowers etc to make the scene :-)
This collection rangers from Sulos, Mastecs, Ottos, SSI Schafer and Nylex mini bins. There are also a couple of fake Sulo and china bins.
The guy was quite safe working at the front of the Mini. I have seen people fall foul of safety measures with disastrous results

Think I'm a bit late this year to hunt for mushrooms to photograph, there wasn't many at my usual haunt apart from loads of small ones like this. These ones were growing out of the side of a moss covered fallen tree.

I think my mother will like this one more than the bloody vampire one. But with the way Mini is she will want to hand wallets out of the vampire one, and not the pretty ones..... Thats my girl!!
