It is Sunday and the demolition of SuperValu has halted temporarily, so all is quiet. Most of the building is gone, but the most beautiful part, the curtain of colourful front windows, will stay up for a few more days. View Large On Black (07011b)

The orange Mid-Century Modern chair was a find off Denver Craigslist; the Milo Baughman ottoman/table, from Boulder Craigslist. The table is from Target; the rug from Crate & Barrel Outlet, the lamp from a vintage store in Palm Springs and the daybed from Urban Outfitters.

On the front of the house is the Youngstown all-steel kitchen, shielded from the entry hall by a wall and linked to the family room by a dining or service bar.
The versatile Youngstown kitchen includes a Nutone built-in food center, Tappan built-in electric oven and surface cooking units, ventilating fan, dishwasher* and disposer to make meal preparation and clean-up a pleasure.
The wide terrace, shared by master bedroom and living room, affords luxurious outdoor living space, while indoors the living room fireplace, with its handsome raised hearth, adds its own touch of comfort and luxury.
Here, again, four variations are available to meet individual tastes.
