Metallic grey Ferrari F430 Scuderia at Salish Lodge Spa and Resort. One of many exotic cars I saw at the lodge when I stayed there last summer. Notice part of the circle of Lamborghinis off in the distance. You can see more photos of the other exotic cars at my website The Render Q.
In this angle and with this light (flashlight) it really looks metallic-green.

There was smoke in the air from a wildfire on this particular evening, and when the sun started setting, it gave some amazing light. I was wandering out in the garden and saw this dragonfly land on a flower. I'd been hoping to get a dragonfly picture all summer, so I rushed in to grab my camera. Luckily he was still there when I got back out to the garden and actually stayed there, likely eating, while I snapped photo after photo. I loved how the light made his wings look like they had metallic threads running through them.

Metallic Palm beginning to bloom for the first time. The Kalanchoe on the left is a volunteer sharing the palm's pot that I just haven't had the heart to pull.

Different than the one I added a few weeks ago...Found this one on my fence & it kept flying off before I could get close.
These are some kind of insect eggs, not sure what kind, each one is about 2mm in diameter.
