At work I'm adding metadata to photos taken around Ovansjö in the 50's I found a picture of an old mill and thought it would be a interesting photo object.
Asked B if it still existed and it didn't. It was taken down in the 70's but they left some ruins. So today I went there to photograph. Is this what you call
taking work home with you? :)

Traditional photo albums sometimes allow the user to include metadata and description of their own. My albums are leather-bound with archival sleeves that fit the most popular print sizes; the pages of acid-free paper that have a little space for notes. The photos are chronologically ordered. I typically write in the name of the subject next to images and I note lenses and dates where they change. I also write in a header for every roll of film that includes the film type and camera.
Single-photo sized albums are convenient for keeping the index prints from rolls of film that are developed only, without prints made. Why develop only? To scan the negatives, of course.
This is my photo for the day in part because I like the composition, but also because I am spending a lot of time on my SI 622 project, which is evaluating the Flickr Organizr. Today I was working on my portion of our comparative evaluation, which includes hard copy photo and negative organization systems.

Details about an event and speakers is embedded into a normal blog post using RDFa. This is then processed by the sidebar, and rendered using data aware widgets. In this case we have a widget that shows a Google map of the location, overlaid with another widget (an SVG clock) showing the time the meeting starts, followed by further widgets that show details about a person.
Albany Tulip Festival in the capital city of Albany, New York, USA,
The Tulip Festival is Albany’s signature spring event. Featuring annual traditions rooted in the city’s rich Dutch heritage, nearly one hundred artisans selling their handmade crafts, a fine arts show, delicious food, the KidZone family fun destination, two stages of world-class live entertainment and more than 140,000 tulips in 150 different varieties, the Tulip Festival is a sparkling showcase of local culture and business. It all takes place in historic Washington Park, the 81-acre “crown jewel” of the City.
Mayor Erastus Corning 2nd declared the tulip as Albany's official flower on July 1, 1948, there has been a Tulip Festival every year since.
On July 11, 1948 Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands selected the "Orange Wonder", an 18-inch tall tulip that is orange-shaded with a scarlet toward the center as Albany's tulip.
The first Tulip Fest was celebrated the next year on May 14, 1949 with opening ceremonies still carried on today as tradition, such as the sweeping of State Street and the crowning of a Tulip Queen.
In 1997 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the festival the state of New York designated Albany as the "I Love New York Spring Destination"
For the 50th anniversary a descendant variety of the "Wonder Orange" tulip was found in the Netherlands, and the new variety was named "City of Albany"
