This is a tree which I have a fancy for I like the shape and that it is in the middle of an empty field.
Its actually in a park, near the airport in milwaukee. Anyway... My daughter and I were running some errands and noticed the moon and the clouds, always a good combination, I stopped off and shot he tree and she did some light painting.
I wiped out the yellow hue with a low white balance.. sometimes I like the yellow, other times, it just is too much.
Just messing around with some lace on my lens...its quite fun :3
My room is a complete mess, I apologize, and oddly enough, doing this seems to increase grain.

My first portraits as a new business were of mother and son who are close friends of the family and willing guinea pigs. No poses were planned, all I asked them to do was sit and mess around.

Last evening I was going through some flickr mail, some as far back as April... yeah, I'm not the best at keeping up with any kind of mail.
Anyway I had a couple month old mail from diyosa, telling me she'd deleted an image that I'd faved & she'd re-uploaded it. (Be sure to check out that adorable little girl of hers!)
So I finally I go look. Not only had she re-uploaded the image, but she also included a link for these fabulous photoshop brushes. Of course, I had to download them! And of course, I had to play with them! Well, I was making a big fat mess trying them out, so I went to bed. This morning the file was still opened, so... the big fat mess pushed onward!!
I'll have to give these brushes a more serious approach some other day.
Went a bit nuts with them here. ;-)

Been waiting all day to light paint and now it is raining. But it has been so dry, I am thankful for the rain. :-)
what started as a bike ride with friends turned into an excuse to mess around with some long exposure shots. always entertaining for a while i think. i know this is a bit dark and if your viewing on a crt its probably just black but still, i thought it was pretty nice.
