Julie swears, sleeps naked and likes Desperate Housewives - no, moderation was never one of her virtues - in fact sometimes she could be so bad that you wonder whether her mother should have thrown her away and kept the stork.
While some might call her wacky, Julie thinks of herself as merely 'challenged' where normality is concerned. She feels no need to play games or hide her feelings, clarifying from the outset, that while she may fancy the hell out of you, this isn't a license to mess her around.
She does concede that if she ever won Miss World, she'd wish for even softer lips.

This started out as just “messing about“ with a new brush set. But it was like a rabbit hole; I kept getting more ideas on how I could extend it, balance it, and finish it. In the end, I think it’s one of my most complex paintings yet. More than 10,500 strokes, and 18 hours of painting time according to Procreate statistics.
How do I put this. Its like this when I get bored I tend to head for the makeup and start messing around.
Yesterday I bought a dress for the summer, I think I mentioned it but then again I might not have, either way this is the dress in question, It all started tonight with me sorting an outfit for tomorrow and a trip down to London that ii will tell you about when I have done what I have to do. no I am going to see a doc.
Outfit sorted I then went to hair and what to do with it, I remembered I had some extensions and so tried them and played around with a few ideas. so I might have big hair tomorrow.
As you know once you have hair you have to have make and so this was another experiment. I haven't shaved since Sunday lunchtime and still haven't . Yep a little stubbly I am put that's the point in this exercise. the only makeup is a little foundation on my upper lip and around my chin area and I mean a little. then this was followed by powder a little bronzer and correcting powder, of course I've done lips and eyes.
I so so pleased with the result I really am. Sorry to keep on about recent change but its a big step and an important one for me. with luck it wont be long before I can do my makeup in a few moments. yeah I wish.
Anyway this is the result of my few hours messing around, bring on the summer :-)

A mess of Virginia Creeper vines push up out of the forest darkness to grab some October light against a clear blue sky. Their seasonal brilliant red leaves catch the sunlight, reflecting it like a coastal beacon, maybe a warning of the storm that's expected later today.

never mess with arctic terns! we went there not knowing that they were nursing their chicks and got under attack.. it was really frightening as the terns shot down towards our heads screeching really loud. i feared they would start picking at our eyes every moment - they didn't do this though, i think we just kept enough distance to their chicks.
one of them shat on my head though.
Esta hormiga alada está estos días tras las lluvias y la salida del sol por todos lados en Aracena, estos especímenes están fotografiados en mi azotea, gracias a Manuel Baena de la Sociedad Andaluza de Entomología estoy en que es del Género Messor por su tamaño y cabeza roja creo que puede ser Messor barbarus aunque no tengo certeza. Miles de futuras reinas sin alas recorren calles y campos en busca de una ubicación para un nuevo hormiguero.
This winged ant is these days after the rains and the sunrise everywhere in Aracena, these specimens are photographed on my roof, thanks to Manuel Baena of the Andalusian Entomology Society I am in the genus Messor for its size and head red I think it can be Messor barbarus although I'm not sure. Thousands of future queens without wings run through streets and fields in search of a location for a new anthill.
