This a very feminine necklace. Beautiful Swarovski crystal burgundy pearls are combined with a hand made porcelain rose. The rose has a silver finish so when it catches the light...the color is magnificent! Each pearl in the main cluster is hand wrapped on a sterling silver pin.
[Day 14] Crushed Merlot wine grapes after being innoculated with yeast. Yum. Bubbling away - cap will rise soon. Best when viewed at large size.
Our friends, Jo & Timm, came over tonight. The boys did web site shit whilst Jo & I drank wine, watched youtube, and came upon our new favorite vocalists.
Wine makes me sweat a little.

My concerns on Wednesday night were unfounded. I checked last thing on Thursday night and, unlike the previous night, the fermenter was still bubbling away - a bubble every 2 seconds. So fermentation is now well-established.
But NOW, Friday, it's gone ballistic. A bubble every 1.7 seconds and, looking through the airlock hole, the surface is alive. There's a continual cascade of tiny bubbles bursting into the air... like champagne. And there are currents on the surface... the liquid is circulating and pushing the wood chips around.

My Brother has this bottle of Marilyn Merlot. I was playing with it since he wont let us drink it. ;-)
