Great deal at Kaisers in Berlin right now: 2008 Grand Sud Merlot rosé, Vin de Pays d'Oc, Medaille d'Argent 2009. VERY tasty and refreshing rosé "with raspberry and grenadines aromas" (whatever that means) for the lofty price of €2.99.
