I did it again. For three weeks, I went to the public pool. Normally I hate the public pool, because of the masses and the slime, which is all around the place. But after 45 years, I changed my mind and jumped undaunted into the floods. I feel that it is good for my back and for my whole condition, what makes me happy. Addendum: I overdid it, so my back hurts today... Thank you for following my shit on Flickr.

When I want to get away from work,

I go fishing.

I'm gratful for ME time. One of favorate things about being a stay at home mom is the time of course I have to be with my son but also the time I have to spend doing my hobby. I love waking up early in the morning before Troy wake's up and having my cup of coffee, sitting at my computer looking over my pictures from the day before and playing around with photoshop. For me this is my time and I realy enjoy it.

Suffering with another bought of ear issues, but my boys kept me entertained today, also giving me a couple of hours sofa / kip time, until mum arrived with NYC gifty goodies (neon tee's, enamel bowls, note books and robots and dino's!)

Since my youngest started pre-school, I now have 2 little pockets of time for 2 and a half hours each, all to myself. Although I do spend most of this precious me-time rushing about getting stuff done, sometimes (like today) I do let myself just have half an hour... just doing nothing. Its bliss... and I am very grateful for it.

Hair today...

I have been so desparate to get my hair cut for ages but have had no opportunity to do so, what with the boy and all. Today Nickster looked after Luka for me and off i went. It was so lovely to have some time to myself and at the end of it i have new shorter, blonder hair. I am really pleased with it!
