©Lela Bouse-McCracken ::: Or...grey on grey? Or something. ;-) Okay, I got carried away with the lighting and wanted to work with shadows a little....so, I turned one of the lights off. Yes, I know my CCD needs to be cleaned. ;-) I like the little bumpy textures on the front egg...sort of reminds me of the moon's surface. hehe :-)
Actually this was just another exercise in shooting white on white....as explained here:

"Although the American Crow often mobs the Red-shouldered Hawk, sometimes the relationship is not so one-sided. They may chase each other and try to steal food from each other. They may also both attack a Great Horned Owl and join forces to chase the owl out of the hawk's territory." ~allaboutbird.org

"Although first afforded Federal protection in 1893 as a Forest Reserve and later as a National Monument, Grand Canyon did not achieve National Park status until 1919, three years after the creation of the National Park Service. Today Grand Canyon National Park receives close to five million visitors each year - a far cry from the annual visitation of 44,173 which the park received in 1919." -nps.gov
©Lela Bouse-McCracken ::: Admittedly these are a bit more traditional Autumn colors...than those that include all that white stuff. ;-)
