At a gift shop in the extra-super-gigantor underground mall in Montreal, Canada. Most photos I took on that trip I took with my SLR; this one was on my 'pocket camera' and kind of got forgotten.
The age old hot maple syrup trick, drizzled on to fresh snow, rolled up onto a stick - and sold to suckers like us for $2 a hit. SO good.

Driveway to Distillery - How they get delivery trucks down there is beyond me.Beautiful scenery but not designed for industrial scale trucking to put it mildly.
I strained the sap to collect out the bits of tree, leaves, and a few bugs which had gotten into the sap.
Sundridge Maple Sugar House in Sundridge Ontario. For years we stopped by here for breakfast on the way back home from our fishing trip. The restaurant is at the back of the gift shop. Best maple syrup in Ontario period. I'd purchase enough maple syrup to last the full year.
