Simple construction of card with a wooden film carrier and detachable winder key. This original model is of simple 'shoe-box' construction with a push on back. The camera has no integral viewfinder but has V sighting lines marked on the top face.

This manual is dated Jan. ,1900
As you can see, the back is pulled off, not hinged. This manual harder to find than the camera or box. There is a quite a lot of information here considering they were marketed to children.
Books abound in Tony’s shop. The motorcycle books Tony recommends the most highly, and which he collects, are shop manuals written with the owner in mind. He particularly admires the British writers Roy Bacon and Mike Bishop, who explain things very well, he said, “better than the Bible.”
Started shooting manual. The art of weed. A lovely contrast with several plants and a couple of lost, dropped apples from your apple tree.
Due to a threatening email I received, I posted this photo taken on my new D200. I was still in the middle of reading the manual.

The photo on the left was taken with Zenit 12C with a Tair 3C lens, the
negative was scanned on some Epson scanner, the one on the right was done
with Canon S5IS then tilted and cropped to match the scene on the left.
The manual, copyright 1957 for my vintage, mid-1950's, Smith-Corona Silent-Super typewriter! Did I mention it's pink?!
