Seen in explore 9/25/2009 ... #75 yay!
Wish we could stay as little children, naive....aspiring... innocent
but life is lurking around the corner... waiting anxiously to obtain its grip
to transform aspiration into caution.

No, it isn't real. The cloudscape is real, but it is heavily manipulated.
On the other hand, it really is here in my stream, and you really are looking at it. I hope you really like it :-)
ps. the gull is real, and it was really in the original scene.
Created for TMI's challenge: Those Amazing Animals ... Rodents!.
Credits: Background texture is mine; I shot the Kangaroo Rat at a museum (it was taxidermized); brushes (for grass) by Kyle.
Our Granddaughter Alyssa. Alyssa got the role of Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz Play for her Drama Club. She's 13, I think Judy Garland was 16, playing a girl of 14. Alyssa has a mesmerizing voice, I know she will do well.
Of course I may be a bit prejudiced. I love this GrandBlessing.
i'm sorry this is so creepy

Well... I'm bored. These photos together means absolutely nothing. Though it was a nice test to use some of my photos together.
Between the sea and the sky is a place called home, a place where its protected part of its life, its descendants, a place where animals too dream between a world of fantasy...

This is a Photoshop effect called ETB, for Extend the Boundary. This was pioneered by my friend Alice, who posts under the name TabaMajic Alice has been ill for some time now and is currently in a Nursing Home in Australia.
Few people realize how long this one has been around. Alice did her Tutorial for this on Photoshop MP 3. This was the third version of Photoshop released in 1994, and was the first version that used Layers. Alice gave the Flickr world a great tutorial on using the new Layers tool. I’m adding the link to her Tutorial here. Whether the link interests you or not you should look at the Albums on her site. She did some really remarkable work using this effect.
