Muscle Maker Grill was started in 1995. With roots in Colonia NJ the company now boasts over 200 franchises across the country. Everything that’s cooked is either grilled, or sauteed, there’s not a fryer to be found. There’s also a huge compliment of salads, juices, and protein shakes. But the most important thing about the menu is that everything is filling, satisfying, and leaves guests wondering why they never realized healthy food could taste so darn good.

I ran around the shop tonight with my camera and a pinhole through a piece of cardboard. I'm thinking this could work as some kind of promotional image, but I'd probably want to shift the black background to white.

The Alphasphere prototype, from the Bristol-based Pervasive Media Studio and Nu Desine. It's an entirely new way to play a musical instrument such as a sysnthesiser. A new user interface for a synthesiser, if you will. The black circles are touch-sensitive, and one of them can also be rotated. All the data from the touch pads and rotation sensor is available to drive an external music synthesiser, in any way that the performer desires. This is an early prototype, mostly made by 3D printing and based on a plastic sphere. And yes, it lights up with blue LEDs! More info at: www.nu-desine.com/
