A friend recently called me "high maintenance" because of all the meds I have with me. Though I highly doubt that's reason enough for me to be thought of such, its enough for me to want to poke fun at that thought today.
How about you? Are you high maintenance and what makes a person one?
Some cruise ships have sections on the deck made of clear acrylic 'glass' that allow you to look down to the deck below. This security guard was on his knees observing maintenance staff paint and repair rigging above a lifeboat as I happened by.
"Who called for maintenance" said the person down below as he policed the area. Safety was paramount as workers in a crane above, fixed a sign skyward and beyond pedestrians. Up among the roof dwellers the wind was howling but a spot of sunshine lit the work that was to be done.
Mercedes-Benz Actros parked up for overnight road works. A nearby footbridge was being removed which gave the opportunity for some carriageway maintenance and junction modifications to be carried out whilst the roads were closed.
