got my new CPU yesterday..

did my own formatting and installation..

bought a new modem cos it died..

the machine's running smooth..

i need photoshop!!

a few things to do today:

- grocery shopping

- collect my GPS

- pack my bags for the trip tomorrow

- do research

- sort out tax documents

- sort out warranty documents

- rearrange my files in the computer

i look forward to change.. i hope all the effort i've given in will put forth to a good result.. patience and planning is all there is to it.. all the best to my friends out there.. ;)

Philips 21.5 screen finally installed, note its not so bigger than our 20.1 screen extending frame not considered.

There is some more mod to do, power LCD directly from HDX is possible in future, solder HDMI or VGA connection on mainboard is a little harder..

280M GTX can reach max stable:

Core 600MHz

Memory 900MHz

Shaders 1550MHz

@ 1.05V (slightly overvolted from 1V)

Power consumption of entire system monitor included, CPU overclocked reach a peeks of 165W measured during Crysis2 gameplay

In case of one power brick mod I would consider using Clevo ~200W PSU since our 180 is so close to full power usage.
