I guess I felt like making a colorful, tropical bird, so I made this. It has a lot of colors, but isn't too crazy, which is nice. I like how it turned out. Not a real bird species.
I was never much good at painting, but using photoshop I did this......the bridge came from another photo......when we saw this stream last week Jack said it looked like a painting by Monet......he gave me the idea to add the bridge.....now it looks a little bit more like a Monet....Jack liked the end result, I hope you do too.
Probably Monet finished his painting a lot quicker than it took me to do this......LOL

This was a late April Fool's joke on an old teacher of mine. He made fun of the saying (the title) a while ago so I thought I'd actually portray it as a memoir with a good photo I took of him back in January.
I'm happy with the Scholastic Canada logo I managed to create.

“Tortaria in the Sky” (not the real name, the name Alex and I gave it (and madeup a song) as it’s right up on top of a mountain) does a different set menu each day. For 11 euros you get an entree, main, side, bread and wine and water. Good deal and the food is always good. It’s a Hydro-mec managers regular. [the Silly String is really ricotta & the edges of the egg plant were fried to crisp them - nice]
