I am not a coffee or tea drinker so I thought this week's challenge might be a no go for me. But as I was searching through the cupboards I did find a box of tea bags, probably bought for some long ago guests! (the date on the box was 2013!!) So... tea in a glass mug!

From my desk's repository for keys (and other items) that 'need' to be kept against future use/s and of no value to anyone outside of that vague and vain possibility.
In spite of good intent, labelling of keys ceased a long time ago 'I'll know what it's for' prevailing, so the uses and 'homes' of the locks they fitted is lost in that big yesterday.
I haven't had the opportunity to engage in #Macromonday for awhile now, so it was fun to take a minute and accept the challenge of today's theme #chips! I decided to go with kettle chips since they have a very distinct and interesting texture that I felt would lend itself well to macro photography.

MacroMonday, tema della settimana (molto particolare) relax.
Quando ho letto il tema della settimana ho pensato che questa volta non avrei partecipato, uno perché non avevo assolutamente idea di quale foto mettere e due perché volevo rimanere nel tema natura, quindi niente oggetti o cose create dall'uomo.
Mi è tornata utile questa foto, scattata al mare in Liguria, che pensavo di caricare un giorno o l'altro. Penso che si adatti perfettamente alla definizione di relax! ;-)

MacroMonday, theme of the week (very particular) relaxation.
When I read the theme of the week I thought that this time I would not participate, one because I had absolutely no idea what photo to put and two because I wanted to stay in the theme of nature, so no objects or things created by man.
I came back useful this photo taken at the sea in Liguria, which I thought about loading one day or the other. I think it fits perfectly to the definition of relaxation! ;-)

I've been an avid reader before I even started school. I was taught to read at home by my mother and taught in the Welsh Language ( later taught to read in English at the age of 7 at school)
I found it difficult to choose a favourite novel, being a bit of a bookworm, so I based my choice of book on one my mother gave me to read at the age of 14 - The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck. As a young adult it introduced me to American Literature, opened my eyes to American History, and in later years the poetry. The humourist in me though couldn't resist a shot like this :-)
