One of a multitude of photos of this superb Pine Marten who visited me some time ago, I must have taken a few hundred photos during the few visits she made to me in my yard. A long awaited photo by a good Flickr friend of mind from Manitoba who has the same passion as me for this member of the Mustelidae family.
So many we have lost ... real people like you and I behind the unbearable numbers ... a time to mourn and remember them.

It's incredible the multitude of details in the species. In addition to the original species an infinity of hybrids combining two or more species and which make the happiness of the orchid growers.

The Siberian Husky is a beautiful dog breed with a thick coat that comes in a multitude of colors and markings. Their blue or multi-colored eyes and striking facial masks only add to the appeal of this breed, which was originally developed by the Chukchi people of the Chukchi Peninsula in eastern Siberia. In their language, husky means "hoarse", characteristic of the dog's barking.
They were brought to Nome, Alaska, in 1908 for sled-dog racing.
In general, in competitions, the Siberian Husky, faster than other breeds, compete in a separate category.

"You're beautiful,
Not because you have a pretty face, but because the chaos stirs around you and still,
You choose to love everyone the same.
You take tragedies and turn them into gold.
You know how others feel,
And you give the people around you all the reasons they need to believe in love again.
And that's what makes you so goddam beautiful"

Panorama of Reykjavik seen from slightly below Steinn. Don't believe the multitude of Iceland photos with sunshine and blue sky. This is true Icelandic weather.
The ascent starts from the parking place in the lower left at sea level. While I had to stop several times being afraid of getting a heart attack if I don't, a handful of Icelandic trail runners were running up or down the hill like it were an ordinary jogging spot.
Multitudes of bees used to bury themselves in the yellow-blossoms of the summer-squashes... when they had laden themselves with sweets, they flew away to some unknown hive... I was glad thus to fling a benefaction upon the passing breeze, with the certainty that somebody must profit by it, and that there would be a little more honey in the world, to allay the sourness and bitterness which mankind is always complaining of. Yes, indeed; my life was the sweeter for that honey :-)

The Bayon (Prasat Bayon) is a well-known and richly decorated Khmer temple at Angkor in Cambodia. Built in the late 12th or early 13th century as the official state temple of the Mahayana Buddhist King Jayavarman VII, the Bayon stands at the centre of Jayavarman's capital, Angkor Thom. Following Jayavarman's death, it was modified and augmented by later Hindu and Theravada Buddhist kings in accordance with their own religious preferences.
The Bayon's most distinctive feature is the multitude of serene and smiling stone faces on the many towers which jut out from the upper terrace and cluster around its central peak. The temple is known also for two impressive sets of bas-reliefs, which present an unusual combination of mythological, historical, and mundane scenes. The current main conservatory body, the Japanese Government Team for the Safeguarding of Angkor (the JSA) has described the temple as "the most striking expression of the baroque style" of Khmer architecture, as contrasted with the classical style of Angkor Wat.
This picture is my effort for Autism awareness. Myself being the father of a gifted child with high functioning autism. I am trying to convey through this photo that the view of the world is different for a person with autism. Not better or worse, just a different perspective from you or I that covers a multitude of things including visual and emotional. My son loved this picture when he saw it, so it's for him and a million others who see the world through different eyes.

Morning glories have lovely flowers, primarily designed to lure pollinators in to spread pollen. They service a multitude of different pollinators, from hummingbirds to flies. This species (garden variety) has wonderful stripes, backlit by the morning sun, that help to direct the pollinators to the nectaries by way of the stamen and stigmas. Note the white and golden pollen grains around the opening of the flower.
I'll be wandering in the wilderness for the next several days, and assuming I'm not lured away by any burning bushes I look forward to catching up with your Flickr posts at the end of the week.
begins to take in the beauty visible on even a short walk in city or country :-)

The Tenza river in Campagna (Sa)
Campagna is a town nestled in the Piacenza Mountains, in the province of Salerno.
Characterized by an immense naturalistic heritage, its territory hosts 3 oases: the Hermitage of San Michele, the WWF Oasis of Persano and the WWF Oasis of Monte Polveracchio.
From July 16 to August 17, there is a unique folkloristic event in the world, which attracts a multitude of tourists. "A Chiena" consists of making the Tenza river overflow from its original basin and channel it into an original course. Originally, this overflow created by man was used to clean the streets, this event has transformed into a fun event.
For those who have always felt authorized to throw buckets at their friends, this is the perfect opportunity. Every Sunday afternoon, with costumes or light clothing, a war of buckets of water breaks out. If you prefer something more tranquil, the walk allows you to walk with your feet in the water without fearing .
buckets but, instead, enjoying the bars that adorn the main street.
