This is a recent commission from a very nice couple for their vacation home in Taos. I love New Mexico and the art one finds there so I really loved working on this piece. Well, actually it is three pieces - a tableau in which the pieces can be hung in many different configurations! The snake and lizard are approximately 9" x 24" and the swirl is approximately 8" x 8". Glass, beads, turquoise, ball chain and mirror on Wedi board.

I put the iridescent paper under the sky to make it sparkle like a million stars in the sky. THEN, I put some of that glow-in-the-dark tile and made a moon, windows in the house, and scattered some additional stars in the sky, all of which glow in the dark. It looks really cool at night.
