Tengo que meditar en esto seriamente.
Ningún poema vino
jamás a mí sin música,
sans l´amollissement de algún alcohol
real o figurado,
sin la locura extra de un acorde.
Entibiaban la hoja poco a poco
ginebra con limón, arias del dieciocho,
martinis rojos, tangos, bourbon, mornas,
copla vieja con vino de Mollina
Sabicas con Sanlúcar,
Rossini, Billie Holiday.
Y algún trozo de cáscara
del corazón. Añádase la vida
con su amargor oscuro, indefinido,
su hielo que no quiso derretirse.
Yo soy yo más Euterpe y Dioniso.

Her name was Julia Agrippina, and was the eldest daughter of Germanicus and Agrippina the Elder, Caligula's sister, Nero's mother. He contracted her third marriage with the emperor Claudius. Her identity as Agrippina Minor or Agrippina the Younger the is based primarily on the hairstyle, which consists of a central part and three parallel rows of spiral curls across the forehead and temples.
The signature of the sculptor engraved on the plinth reads:
«ΔΙΟΝΥΣΙΟΣ ΑΠΟΛΛΩΝΙΟΥ ΑΘΗΝΑΙΟΣ ΕΠΟΙΕΙ»
Dyonysious son of Apollonious the Athenian made this.
The statue was placed in the Metroon next to that of her husband and emperor Claudius

Our oldest son, now an AF Captain, playing in the Minors for the Phillies.
He was called safe on the play.... a triple.
The Morris Minor is still serving countless owners in a way I do not expect to be replicated by most of the cars of today. This well presented example was at Halifax station. The registration would have been from Southampton at the time of issue (TR moved to Portsmouth later).

A 1956 Morris Minor parked up in tge street. Although retrofitted with more modern indicator lamps, the original “semaphore” indicator can be seen in the central door pillar.
The Morris Minor was an Alex Issigonis (of Minicar fame) design dating from 1941. Although the Nuffield Organisation was restricted to war work, they were still designing cars in preparation for the post war era. The Minor was manufactured from 1948 to 1972; models had a split windscreen until 1956, and semaphore pattern indicators were replaced in 1961. An estate version featured an external structural ash (wood) frame for the rear bodywork, with two side-hinged rear doors, and in common with Morris practice was named "Traveller".

Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve, Middle Point, Northern Territory, Australia.
The Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve is a wetland area approximately 70 km (43 mi) east of Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia. It lies within the Adelaide and Mary River Floodplains, which is an Important Bird Area.
It attracts a wide range of local and migratory water birds and other wildlife including one of the largest populations of snakes within Australia (including the Water Python and Death Adder), and includes several raised observation platforms.
Saltwater Crocodiles (Crocodylus porosus) and Freshwater Crocodiles (Crocodylus johnstoni) can be seen at Fogg Dam all year around. Fogg Dam is open 24/7/365.
To me it looks as if the 1968 Morris Minor 1000 convertible wants to join in with the group at the the coffee and muffin table.
The scene is in Temple Row near to Great Western Arcade in Birmingham.

Begonia Minor ( Minor Begonia )
Begonias are tender perennials, grown for their colorful flowers and foliage. Most begonias can be grown outdoors in pots, in the ground, or in hanging baskets in filtered light and moist, but well drained soil. Where not hardy, grow as annuals or indoors as houseplants. Most begonias can be propagated from leaf, stem or rhizome cuttings in addition to being sown from seed. This bushy begonia has attractive foliage with large, bare leaves. The many flowers are white, and bloom in summer. Stemming is upright and zig-zag between the nodes. This plant enjoys filtered light but can take some sun in winter. Soil should ideally be moist. Begonias grow very well in peat-based compost also.
Important Info : Likes humidity. Does not like cold weather. Pinching tips and pruning outer stems in the growing season gives a bushier plant, good for hanging. Sudden temperature change causes leaves to drop.
