This shopping centre has been constructed on the site where the interesting and beautiful modernist Supersam, by the famous architect trio: Jerzy Hryniewiecki, Maciej Krasiński and Ewa Krasińska used to stand. Supersam was demolished in 2006 - land is expensive in Warsaw city - and replaced by this lucrative construction
This is the original matrix console from the Athena. I repurposed it for the Ganesha and it remains the oldest moc I still have built. The chair has since been changed and the operator head was updated as well.

and it took me a while to come up with a photo that i could tie into my list of 10 random facts about me.. but here goes
1. i used to be considered "emo" in high school but have since crossed over into the light :)
2. i'm still super shy and not confident in many social situations
3. besides giving birth.. quitting smoking is the hardest thing i've ever done (8 years smoke - free now)
4.i'm addicted to booty...
yes pirate's booty.. sour cream and onion flavor
5. i was blonde for most of my 20s
6. if i coud pick 3 famous bffs they would be tim gunn, oprah and the dalai lama
7.i live 20 minutes from NYC (manhattan) and i rarely go
8. i took metalsmithing and jewelry making classes in NYC, but that art form is on hold til my son gets older
9. i still have a crush on keanu reeves ever since bill n ted's ( holy crap i'm old!!)
10.' the matrix' is my all time favorite movie.. because of the awesome deep spiritual message about waking up and finding the savior inside
ok.. so i also had a double inspiration.. thinking about the matrix.. how the internet is like the matrix..how we are all connected..and how we influence each other.. how together we create these worlds.. these infinite worlds with infinite possibilities.. and also like in the matrix.. and how the internet is a physical manifestation of the energy matrix of life
Sort-of an attempt to combine the "Matrix" style with the OOB technique...I hope to refine it better on my next effort.
The Hyundai Matrix (or Lavita in some markets) was built from 2001 until 2010. The small MPV based on the Elantra was designed by Pininfarina. This one is powered by a 1.6 litre engine with 103 PS.

The cells in our bodies are surrounded by a web of proteins called the extracellular matrix, or ECM, which provides a 3D scaffold for their growth. When we grow cells in the lab, this 3D matrix is lost and the cells don’t behave as they do in nature.
However, using a technique called electrospinning, where we apply over 10,000 Volts of electricity to a polymer solution, we can produce fibres over 100 times finer than a human hair, mimicking the ECM’s dimensions.
This image, of an area over 200,000 times smaller than a postage stamp, shows cells growing on and interacting with a nanofibre matrix made of a polymer called PLGA. The cells are spreading out and migrating into the scaffold in 3D, just as they do in our bodies.
Replicating this natural matrix could ultimately help us engineer tissues in the laboratory, replacing those lost through damage or disease.
