In the early 20th century there were a couple hundred shoe factories in Lynn. The wall of shoeboxes behind the Egg-O-Mat are empty, reflecting the departure of the shoe industry from Lynn. Mural by Leon Keer.
Here’s Mat Sella, the cool dad from Dream Daddy. He’s made from a Fashionista Cool Classic Ken doll with the corn rows, and I rerooted him with yarn to imitate dreadlocks.
I do wish I could customise darker skinned male dolls more often but the fact that articulation is so darn rare and expensive prohibits me from getting more to add to my collection. Since my Dream Daddy custom doll collection is about doing dolls as cheaply as possible, Mat is an exception to my “No stiff modern dolls” rule, but I would like Mattel to make more articulated men of colour soon.
Verschwunden sind die markanten Nahverkehrstriebwagen Mat´64 von den niederländischen Gleisen. Eine Doppeleinheit war im November 2012 noch in der Provinz Drenthe zwischen Emmen und Coevorden unterwegs.

YES! This is my third Yashica TLR that I´ve bought the last two months. First I bought a Yashica-Mat, beautiful but the shutter was broken, so I bought a Yashica-D that worked just fine until I happened to brake the focussing knob into two pieces!! =( The Yashica-family must hate me!
So now I decided to give myself a third Yashica, a Mat-124! Very tasty camera in excellent condition. The shutter seems accurate and the light meter seems just fine with a new battery installed. I just hope it works with film loaded! =)

..and I know, I shouldn´t have the yellow filter mounted with portra film loaded. It´s just for the look. ;)
