Le Duchesse Anne (1901) est un trois-mâts carré qui est un ancien voilier-école allemand de la marine marchande et le plus grand et seul trois-mâts de ce type visitable en France. Également classé aux monuments historiques, il est le fleuron de la collection et symbolise le flux de voiliers qui faisait vivre le port de commerce jusqu'avant guerre, notamment les voiliers de l'armement Bordes (1868-1935).

The Duchess Anne (1901) is a square three-masted ship which is a former German merchant marine training sailboat and the largest and only three-masted ship of this type that can be visited in France. Also classified as a historic monument, it is the flagship of the collection and symbolizes the flow of sailboats which kept the commercial port alive until before the war, in particular the sailboats of the Bordes shipping line (1868-1935).

Here’s Mat Sella, the cool dad from Dream Daddy. He’s made from a Fashionista Cool Classic Ken doll with the corn rows, and I rerooted him with yarn to imitate dreadlocks.

I do wish I could customise darker skinned male dolls more often but the fact that articulation is so darn rare and expensive prohibits me from getting more to add to my collection. Since my Dream Daddy custom doll collection is about doing dolls as cheaply as possible, Mat is an exception to my “No stiff modern dolls” rule, but I would like Mattel to make more articulated men of colour soon.
