Re-United.
Here's the story:
The M2 and the 50 Lux was a pair used by a war reporter (probably during the Vietnam war). The pair was sold to a HK collector who broke the pair up. I bought the M2 earlier and just received the 50 Lux today.
Re-united again.
A Leica with a history if you believe the story...
This is my M2, one of the three M-Leica's in my collection. It is a very smooth operating camera. The viewfinder has a very contrasty rangefinder patch and is altogether very clear. It has frames for 35mm, 50mm and 90mm lenses. This camera is from 1960, but the model was first introduced in 1958.

Taken with another Planar 80mm lens off a Hassleblad FC2000 body. Hand held under not very good light. This is my M2 with a Nikkor f1.8 50mm lens.
My friend had acquired a 1959 Leica M2 and some accessories she wanted me to check out. I cheerfully obliged.
