Leigh's funky little Arosa which did some epic mileage over the weekend. OK, so we had to do a few roadside repairs over the course of the weekend, but it was such a great little steed for ferrying us around.

...southeast of Palma - the capital of Mallorca, there is this quiet Monasteri with beautiful biuldings, surroundings and a great view to the sea, located at the hill of Randa.
can't stay in the Mission in SF and not have a carne asada burrito. It was like eating a reinvented cheesesteak--one with avocado and salsa (says this Philly girl). Delish. Rachel got a quesadilla with marinated pork, and it too was scrumptious.
May16/08. Later in the summer this rock will be out of the water. IN the background, some campers have 4 tents on the sandbar.....they had such a loud boombox we could hear their music all over that end of the lake. Not too bad....some beastie boys, some ACDC.

After a massive BBQ and some great banter, we headed out in the pitch black to the Loch. This was taken gone midnight on a long exposure (nearly 5 mins).
There was virtually no light, so I gradually increased the exposure times after each shot until this one came out. It's amazing how much light 'appears' in the pitch black,

This slab of rock must have been about 20' thick. The 'pebbles' nestling underneath it were at least 2' across each. I love nature.
