A sign of the times ..............

No problem about keeping your distance at this rarely used rural bus-stop - except from the plastic bag!

Knowle village is deserted in Lockdown#2. These poppies were placed in the middle of the road. Luckily not much traffic about.

Rare snow here in the South of England.

Autumn leaves ..............

My daily walks are carefully planned and today I ventured into Solihull Town Centre. I was shocked to see the listlessness and prevailing atmosphere of gloom. I could have posted a more jolly picture of the walk through the local park but this is the reality.

Back to my recent trip to Chichester now, to see lovely Sarah. We stopped for a yummy bacon bap at Fenwick's Cafe in the park. How lucky we got our visit in before Lockdown2!

It was only a few days ago that I posted a pic of a spiky green fluorescent ball which resembled the coronavirus emoji we all use online.

Then today I was walking along the undercliff path and saw this colourful structure left on the sea wall and I took the photo thinking of the coronavirus and the vaccinations ahead of us

How 2020 has changed my outlook on life.

Coming in for the kill.

My husbands nursing home have worked long and hard to ensure that they had no Covid cases in the nursing home. Now after 9 months they have their second case. It was always going to be someone discharged from hospital. The home have refused to take patients from hospitals unless they receive 2 negative tests but despite the paperwork being in place this patient slipped through. Fingers and toes crossed they contain it to one case.
