During Lockdown in Central Spain from March to May 2020, making his own Lego creations, mostly ships, was one of his main ways of coping. The designs are creative, fun and at times ingenious. His tiny aircraft carrier is my favourite. What sticks in the mind, is that in the midst of a situation that was so hard on everyone, he found a way to help himself that also brought, and still brings much joy to his parents.
