Bit of a behinds the scenes shot of Local Live, a show broadcast on KVRX and TSTV giving local bands a venue to perform since the 90's.
Fortunately the English countryside is still well populated with a variety of sheep to provide an added attraction to the beautiful scenery. Yesterday we stopped to watch a farmer and his collie round up a herd and move them to another field. The sheep dogs are a marvel to watch as they race around at the subtle commands of the farmer to round them up and move them in the desired direction. And the dogs obviously love their work.
This Purwakarta-bound local train is seen passing through tall bridge, just to the east of Cilame station.
Up until early 2000s this area was a favorite trainspotting place for railfans in Bandung, Indonesia, thanks to its close proximity to the city, good access road, and scenic views. Not to mention the presence of tall railway bridges next to railway station. I even drove my car to this particular spot.
But the construction of tollway (partly obscured by the train) in mid 2000s spoiled the beauty of this place, and makes trainspotting in this place rather uninteresting.

Pinhole photography offers the availability to form the image to allow numerous interpretations. The perception offered by the image can be quite different from what the picture was actually about.
I’ve always thought about how interesting it would be to go back to medieval times and enter a pub, watching to comings and goings of the patronage, and this was an attempt to capture that feeling - the feeling of a little magic, and a little danger.
Of course, this is actually a zone plate image I took while eating lunch at a local establishment, but playing with the highlights and shadows allows me to play make believe.
