A bright frosty start today, not a planned trip, more like a whim!
The morning ferry at Gills Bay, Caithness, Scotland.
The loader managed to avoid the car parked too close to the street as it adds another scoop of snow to the pile beside the driveway.
The crews were at work this morning scraping the packed snow and ice from the street and piling it higher and higher along the sides of driveways and on curves. It's very hard to see cars coming out of driveways, or for the drivers of those cars to see traffic coming on the street.

Following Lain's prompt, I made a layout using only cardstock, letter stickers and one more thing - machine stitching. I also stitched the less-than-sticky Thickers to the page.
Of all the beautiful wildflowers found on the prairie, the sunflower is my favorite.

On the 27th September 2021 the 'Celtic Forester' (2003, 4,323DWT) is seen at Teignmouth waiting to load a cargo of ball clay for Castellon, Spain.
The inspiration for this picture came from a layout in girl colors from A Peek into Yesterday website. I loved the buttons. I am always looking for ways to use my collection up.
Just stick it in there & forget ..

Extra wide load(s) going to the DuPont-Genencor plant in the Beloit Industrial park. Made in China and barged up the Mississippi to Dubuque, then over-the-road to Beloit via Highway 11/81. Two lanes wide and 20 some feet tall.
