The day before we got married the dj called and told me he forgot to write down our songs. Oops. I don't know if I told him the wrong song or if it was written down wrong. We didn't get god only knows, we got wouldn't it be nice. We laughed the whole way down the isle.
Hobbies Past-I have loved crafts and making things since I was a child. I remember making dollhouses and doll furniture from boxes and found objects. I learned how to embroider, needlepoint, rug-hooking, knitting, crocheting, sewing, count-cross stitch, oil painting, watercolors, pen & ink sketching and macrame-just to name a few. This Christmas I made (from an old pattern) a macrame Christmas Tree wall hanging for my daughter's new apartment. I liked it so much I made one for us! I have so many hobbies, i don't think I'll get bored when I get old(er).

Lubec was incorporated in 1811 and is easternmost town in the continental United States.
...and this is just the beginning! Thoroughly enjoyed this season's LOAD, the thought, inspiration and encouragement. I'll miss it but plan to continue getting those stories told!
Cheers~

Day 13

[The background story]
My journaling is a brief intro to the way my mind works and it's a little more than crazy. While I'm not on the extreme end of OCD for all things, I'm pretty close. At least I know how to laugh at myself.
Journaling reads:
"I'm more than a little OCD about things in my life - but I call it CDO so the letters are in alphabetical order like they should be. I'm also a tad ADD so sometimes you never know what to expect out of me. Home decor and most things done with a quantity must be an odd number. Certain things have a very certain order, especially when I am cleaning & organizing. In my car, as soon as I get in, I lock the doors so I don't fall out & when it's time to lock the doors when I'm out of my car, it's gotta be done three times. I always have two hairties on my wrists and one in my hair. I love order of all types & although I'm not as extreme as some, I do tend to drive friends & family crazy. They are little things - quirks that make me-me. Here's a favorite pic of ducks!"

My tool was a stencil. I haven't done any mixed media techniques for well over a year (or two!) so I think that qualifies as an old tool!! The passports are in a separate 6x12 pocket to keep them intact and with the page but still accessible should anyone want to pull one out and look through it.
The process video is still saving and I'll probably set it to upload overnight as hubby wants to watch Mission Impossible 5! Stay tuned!!
Process video is up and you can find it here: youtu.be/e4t2u6278ZU
