This cropped photo was taken by a Kowa/SIX medium format film camera and KOWA 1:2.8/85 lens attached to a T/3 extension tube (16mm) using Kodak Portra 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitalized using Photoshop.
On Blundell Street, ajacent to the Tram workshop at Rigby Road, three out-of-service Trams are lined up. Nearest we have Jubilee Car 761, this was converted from a Balloon Car back in 1979. Like the single-deck Centenary Cars, these too were One-Person-Operated and could be used all year round. It's sister 762 was converted in 1982, and is now preserved at Crich, Derbyshire.
Next is illuminated "Trawler" 737 which was converted from Brush Railcoach 633 in 2001. In the far distance is Brush Railcoach 632, with a roofbox advert for the Tram Shop on North Pier. One day, 632 will join it's Brush sister 631 as part of the operational Heritage Fleet!

I figure if I put this line-up together it will give people some idea just how big certain frames are in relation to others in Mechaton.

A lineup of 1995, 1996 and 1997 Gillig Phantoms plus a odd ball 1993 Orion V (the rest were retired several years ago). The Phantom era at UTA is almost over. There is a couple of 1997 models still running plus a few of the ski bus versions but they will soon be gone as there were new Gillig Advantage BRT's on the property waiting to be put into service.
We can't have a lineup without some nekkidness. Why did I switch the order around? To make things more difficult!! And because Joker-2 has no business here since his clothes are made for him and don't fit anyone. Batman and Dr. Strange are the closest in size to Pendergast, so they're together.
So one of the things I did over the weekend was try on all the 70cm pants that I own on my RGM-03 body. To do so, most of these guys had to lose their clothes. So I figured why not do another lineup!! New to the part since the last one - Pendergast (Ringdoll Norman RGM-03 and the problem child) and Batman.

Respected family-owned coach operator Truemans of Ash Vale entered administration on April 24th 2020 after 67 years of trading in the Surrey/Hants border towns of Bagshot, then Deepcut, followed by Fleet and, since 2004, Ash Vale. Upon closure, the fleet consisted of 7 Irizars, 7 Neoplans and a solitary Ford Tourneo.
It took until the beginning of August 2020 for all coaches to move on to pastures new, albeit some in dealers yards awaiting resale.
I managed to grab some shots in the period covering the staggered departure of the coaches.
An unexpected lineup at Lisse. For reasons unknown to me trains halted at the Lisse station before moving on in the direction of Leiden. VIRM 8638 came first. It was standing here about 10 minutes as the Sprinter 2959 and the Railpromo Dinner Train arrived. The Dinner Train had one engine today. The other one was pulling a special to Zandvoort. A good thing ProRail did not remove the passing tracks at Lisse!

Though I've been regular about getting pics uploaded, I apologize for not having more Internet access time to checkout everyone else's fantastic photostreams and plan on getting to more of them once I'm back in Tokyo.
