The installation by Angela Chong (Singapore) is a functional sculpture that illuminates at night while allowing the public to use it as a sitting area along Clifford Pier
For some reason this has got the still-life look; she might not be any attractive or seductive, but it's the woman's space, the lonely girl sitting at a blue-lighted night club after midnight, her hair, her cigarettes and her things all lined up on the bar.. Shot on D200 and Nikon 180mm/2.8 in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem.

Kingie on the top of the big ambient light:D That's her favourite place to sleep while we watching the TV
The world has ended.
All that's left is a jungle on a floating rock where a paradise nightclub band is playing at the last cabaret on earth: the Las Vênus Resort Palace Hotel.
The singer's name is Sonja Khalecallon, and her band are Los Stroboscopious Luminous.
Sonja Khalecallon is in fact one of the alter egos of Cibelle, the London-based tropical punkster whose take on music is entirely her own. With each album it's a whole new story, a new universe.
'Las Venus Resort Palace Hotel' will be out in the Spring 2010 on Crammed Discs, and features 'Lightworks', a cover of seminal exotica producer and 1950s electronic music pioneer Raymond Scott.

Painting my name in the air with a green LED. Inspired by the J-Dilla instrumental on the "Donuts" album with the same name.
