Today it became clear that they didn't find any oil at all! Instead of oil...we had sewage waste flowing into the drum circle area!!!
Imagine.....we didn't know because...we don't know anything about oil in Avilion!
The Druids called for action upon hearin the rig was to be removed, and offered the Engineer help. And so it happened that a lot of people rolled up sleeves, took a shovel, mop or brush, and went to work. The end result? Look for yourself in the pics!

Some of you who know me outside of Flicker know what I've been going through the past few weeks -- a "close" friend of mine, who I've known for decades, has been totally lying to everyone about his background, life, and family, making up this totally fictional persona that fooled us all for years on end.
Unfortunately, a few years ago he caught Alzheimer's disease, no longer cogent and in a nursing home, but a few weeks ago I stumbled upon his true story: he was a foster child in the household featured in this book (which was made into a movie starring Cary Grant, and later into a television series). He had pretty much been a ten-year-old juvenile delinquent, but we knew him as very cultured and genteel. His fictional persona had been quite an influence on my interests and way of speaking, which has me quite upset.
What few truths he did tell about his background were immediately confirmed by reading this book and other research I did. By the way -- he would fly into an utter rage if you'd try to photograph him!

Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus. I just wanted to tell you about what has happened since last night(Wednesday, June 16). When you ministered to me about my back and prayed for me I could feel God working and I know I am healed. My back has hurt me from time to time and I figured it was just my pot belly, but it had been getting worse.That is a testimony in and of itself and Praise God! But that is not the story I want to share. After you prayed for me you asked if I knew someone named "Alice" which I responded that I know some Alice's.I started running the ones I know through my mind and I felt the Holy Ghost when I thought of Alice Moore, who is a cousin of mine, who I haven't seen in a number of years, maybe 15.So I talked to my father today and related to him the details of the ministry and he in turn ran down her phone number for me. I called her and it took her off guard for me to call out of the blue like that but she
realized who I was and we began to talk. I told her did she have time for a story and she said yes so I related to her the message you gave me from God to give her which was " Everything is going to be alright". She began to cry and asked did I know where she was, I said no, she said she was in the hospital and had been since the Monday night. She had started bleeding from the colon and the dr's had admitted her for testing and a biopsy. They had told her today it was an infection in the colon(some big long named thing I can't remember).She said she had been praying since Monday and had turned it over God's will. She says it was just awesome to get a word from God this way. I agree. To me this is powerful stuff. I just wanted to tell you. May blessings from God rain in your life and the Peace of God reign in your life.

With the onset of mobile phones the iconic red telephone box has gradually become redundant over the last twenty five years or so. In recent years local authorities have been offered these boxes for a small sum and have been encouraged to utilise them into having life saving defibrillators fitted. I think I am the happiest in the spring for many reasons: school's almost out, I am starting up golf, and, most importantly, there is new life everywhere. I enjoy winter, but when spring hits almost every one of my senses is used again. You can hear the birds again and smell the fresh air that seems to surround you. You can also feel the touch of an annoying ant crawling up your leg, but I don't mind as much. And finally, you can watch as everything around you gradually turns green.
