Trying my have at making a white peach sangria today. And I'm delighted by the results. Especially since I was able to use it to recover a bottle of sauv blanc and 2 bottles of prosecco that would have otherwise have been dumped. (They were forgotten about in a tack box that was outside all winter ) I'm a big fan of sangria, and have a house recipe that turns heads. But I'm very happy with this white peach recipe I concocted. A couple of more runs, and it will be perfected. I might even share. This morning's breakfast included potato cakes. Like fish cakes but without the fish, and in this case with some fresh grated parmesan cheese. Left over potatoes don't last long with no refrigeration... In fact, they just don't last long. These were seasoned formed and pan-friedvourite cast iron pan in the world. It can cook anything from roast chicken to biscuits. I don’t know how I managed to go this long without knowing about @GanongBros Red Wrap Chocolates! 1.65kg of assorted Ganong chocolates which has been around since the 1930s.
