This massive monstrosity claiming to sell $300,000 patio homes has left massive amounts of land and water totally unprotected from soil erosion and sediment runoff, directly upstream from a 400+ acre park and "natural habitat".

The funniest thing about this photo - there was yet another water main break outside this bank (been going on for years) - it apparently seeped through the back office and now, happily, they will be getting brand new carpeting, new flooring and a whole bunch of other stuff courtesy of the apathy of whoever was responsible for (not) upgrading this water line (and the building and pavement and parking lot). But the insurance company is paying for it, which is great. I'm guessing Chase will sue them for neglect.

sweetgrass, wild grape vines,
and reeds harvested from the
Patuxet River and woven into
various shapes. The installation
is visible from a walkway that
leads visitors to the trail and is
30 feet off the ground.
This is the spot, years ago, where I was taking Pancake for her daily run. One day, a man in a long beige trench coat ambled out to us and while frothing at the mouth, indicated this was *his* property. I understand from the kids next door at Subway the man is long gone, and had also terrorized them as well. He asked me how I would like it if he bought his kids over to shit on my lawn. I said, "Why not - all my neighbors' dogs do". Not sure what drugs that man was on but they weren't working. Male - caucasian, 40's - have his name somewhere. PS Mr. Trenchcoat - I walked my dog there today. Your property has some serious drainage issues and an insane amount of air pollution/particulate although I'm told you did not in fact own that property. And FWIW, anyone that situates or permits a cell tower directly adjacent to a home with small children living there is a criminal regardless of what type of camel-hair overcoat you wear.
