Have a little less time but want a whole lot more intensity? Book a keynote speech by Stan Slap. Stan was creating success in companies long before he ever climbed on a stage to talk about it. You’ll hear the same thought leadership given to many of the world’s top organizations. And you’ll hear it in a way that inspires your audience to take immediate action.
Listen, don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Free Keynote Sampler DVDStan is consultant of choice to many of today’s biggest, smartest and most demanding companies. His commitment to results is the same, be it a custom strategic plan or a keynote speech. His speeches are wild affairs—a non-stop combination of information and entertainment. Yet no matter how large the audience, they retain a remarkable sense of intimacy—basically, no place to hide.
While Stan has been known to take a stand on any number of subjects when the occasion demands it, his keynote speeches focus on these four. Click on a topic or three and find what your organization needs to hear today to rise above the morass of mediocrity:
We stayed in this hostel. Really good.
With less than 500 inhabitants, the ancient estate Reykholar, was the domicile of a few of the most renowned people of the country. The property offered many advantages, such as the Eider colonies on 300 small islands off the coast, the rich fishing grounds in the bay and good grain crops when the climate was warmer in the past. The natural bathing pool, Grettislaug, reminds us of the Saga of Grettir, one of many Sagas touching this part of the country. Nowadays Reykholar is the property of the state and the location of a sea weed factory, which harvests the shallows of the Breidafjordur bay. The distance from the capital by the Whale Bay tunnel is 234 km.

Part of a series of photos today looking at abandoned strip malls in Mesa Arizona. Ghostly, haunted, and curious as these are not extremely old structures, they have potential for modern use, yet they site\ among as as a reminder.

Two real crows playing on a stone in front of a monument. The cap and cape denote the death of a child I was told. Ueno, Tokyo.
Shinobazu Pond (不忍池 Shinobazu-ike), adjacent to Ueno Park, is very well known to both residents and tourists. Less well know are the monuments which flank the little Bentendō Hall shrine, dedicated to the goddess Benzaiten. I do not know the significance of these curious little memorials.
