In der NaWi konnten sich die Besucherinnen und Besucher über ihre Gesundheit, interne Kraftquellen, Stressbewältigung und ihren persönlichen Fitnessstand informieren.
Daneben waren der Nordic Walking Aktiv Treff, das Schaukochen und die Vorträge gut besuchte Programmpunkte.

This Thanksgiving, Elizabeth's Leaders Of Technique (L.O.T.) program graciously assisted feed the city's less fortunate population. Members of L.O.T. helped Elizabeth City Council President Manny Grova and the Portuguese Lions Club at the Steve Sampson Center, as well as Councilman Carlos Cedeno at Christ Fellowship Church on Thanksgiving morning.

Holidays are making an impact across the grid. Less people, more parties! Everywhere I go there is a party or special event happening at a club.
8wall will send out a special invite to those of us who are addicted to the drum and bass. So off I go to Nutrie to just zone out and vibrate to the music. Splat! I arrive on the bloody stain... lol!
There is always an incredible line up of dj's at Nutrie.
After the zone out with the DnB, I headed over to Dance Island for some good hardstyle.
DJ IsitheDreamaker was at the dj booth spinning an incredible set. So I zoned out there too watching a wild avi perform some dance antics. His green mohawk stood a mile high!
Later on that day I went to Haad-Rin for another DJ ISI set... and hung out on the beach. Haad-Rin is owned by Night Harrop.
Then I headed to Divaz Lounge. Chilling out to the house music, beautiful sunset and gorgeous views, Divaz is a great place to zone out to the best dj's including Miss Jas herself!
It was late, late at night when I got the special invite from DJ Muekas. I hit the tp and ended up at DC-10 The Terrace for a very late night zone of minimalist trance. Sounds were so good!
OMG! and Muekas... I'm so sorry I missed your rezz party... hugz! Congratulations! I'll see you soon...
Oh by the way, I do have a younger brother who is not pictured here. He was back in Houston doing high school stuff. TOO BAD FOR HIM.
Central Park is less of a park and more of a forest that stretches for miles. It has a lake, and features gothic architecture and churches near the area. It also features Time Square and Broadway Comedy Club and a meal I had with the halal cart outside of the MET. The people there were extremely nice to a heavy accented Arab guy from Egypt. They were respectful and were joking around with the guy telling that his daughter that both his sister (her mom and the guy's wife) and she is beautiful. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Park
Less than two hours after reporter Jeff Koinange's live shot was seen around the world (showing chair converted to use as a toilet seat) portable toilets finally were delivered to the Ernest Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. In the 1970s the late Ernest Morial became New Orleans' first Black (Creole) mayor. His son Marc Morial was a two-term mayor of New Orleans in the 1990s.
This is my friend's granddaughter, Cheyenne. I'd kill for lips that were naturally that color....much less those eyes!
Second Training Ride - 40 miles - and we felt it! The pub roast dinners started becoming an obsession... :-P
